It's driving me nuts because the video quality is decent, the frame rate is correct and it plays well, but the video duration is cut way short. It will become slow to respond to my mouse clicks, and CPU usage goes up a lot. Oftentimes, HitFilm will slow down quite a bit for no apparent reason. The sound stutters too, and the editor's timestamp increases in a stuttering fashion as well. The clip stutters when playing in HitFilm. wmv version of the clip into HitFilm, there is sound, but a new problem arises. When I drag a clip into the editor timeline, an audio component is linked to the clip's video component, but there is no waveform and no sound is heard upon playback. ![]() I can manually change each clip's "media properties" in HitFilm to 29.97, but it is a pain if I'm working with many clips because I need to do this individually. Firstly, the files are being imported with a frame rate of 59.9401fps even though they should be 29.97fps. MTS clips into HitFilm, there are 2 issues. I have to admit I get confused when it comes to file types vs containers. My camera is a measly Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS1 that records in AVCHD Lite (filenames end with ".MTS" extension). I'm having issues with my source video clips in HitFilm Ultimate (demo).
